Yes, as we work on a Make-To-Order basis, your order is created from
scratch. You can customize colour, size, design (limited to sleeve, neck and
back pattern) and block design. Some customization (such as an increase in
flare) might increase the price.

You will have an option to share your measurements while placing the
order. Alternatively, you can share your customization requests by sending us
an email at hello@tijoreebynikitabhatt.com. Please do not forget to mention
your phone number so that we can reach you to discuss the customization.

We usually deliver in 10 to 12 business days from the date of order
placement. Once you place the order, a confirmation mail will be sent to you along
with shipment tracking details.

We use wearable jute which is comfortable in all the seasons. A cotton
lining helps in donning our outfits with comfort as well as style.

In case if you receive a damaged product, please write to us at hello@tijoreebynikitabhatt.com
within 48 hours. Upon confirmation, the damaged product will be picked up from
your address and your replacement will be processed.

Since we use hand block printing in our outfits, we recommend dry clean
only.

We work on Make-To-Order basis. Your order starts being prepared from the
moment of order confirmation. Hence, we do not provide an option of
cancellation.
